Our Team

Our directors and teachers at WMS are properly trained to work following the pedagogy of Maria Montessori. They hold diplomas entitling them to teach in primary school and a lot of professional experience.

They are distinguished by commitment, determination and faith in the effectiveness of the Montessori pedagogy. They are people with passion and willingness to constantly improve their skills. They all believe the work of a pedagogue is a vocation, and that the Montessori method is the best way to open the world of science to a child.

Bilingual Curriculum

🇵🇱 🇬🇧

Our qualified staff implements the core curriculum following the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education.
Children acquire English language skills in a natural way through the active participation of English-speaking teachers in the implementation of their daily tasks and duties and through one-on-one conversations. In older groups, English is gradually introduced as the sole language of instruction.

Simon Messing

Director and English Teacher / Co-founder

I’ve been teaching children since I left university and I can’t imagine that ever changing. You could say that I am a teacher in my flesh and blood and teaching is in my blood. My  heart and soul are dedicated to creating a sustainable, fun and impactful way to help children learn. And in Montessori, children learn.

Agnieszka Sarga - Fuła

I am the founder of the Montessori-Wieliczka kindergarten and co-founder of the Wieliczka Montessori School. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the Postgraduate Pedagogical Study of the Faculty of Humanities of the AGH University of Science and Technology. Experience in education: since 2013
Experience in WMS: since 2022

What makes me happy?
Scouting is my passion, thanks to which I am open to the world and people.

My key to effective teaching: “A teacher has an influence on eternity. He is unable to determine where his influence ends.” Henry Adams

Monika Dąbrowska

Polish language, Green Team tutor

Experience in education: since 2010
Experience in WMS: since 2018

What makes me happy?
I find joy in singing and in long walks in the mountains. For me, it is a time of relaxation and the opportunity to draw energy from the beauty of nature.

My key to effective teaching: I engage in inspiring educational projects. In 2023, together with my students, I created the School Theater Festival, which was an extraordinary experience that allowed us to discover and develop the artistic potential of our students. As a teacher, I try to create a space where young people can develop their talents and express themselves in various areas. I am glad that I can support their passions and discover with them new forms of expression through literature and theater.

What makes me happy?
I am a jazz double bassist and composer, a theologian and catechist, and (recently) a philosopher and music therapist. Someone once called me a Renaissance man and I must admit that I identify with that very much! I like to develop and learn new things. In my free time, I ride a bike and constantly organize my art studio, where you can find the whole world.

My key to effective teaching: Every day is a good day to engage in a good discussion!

What makes me happy?
What I enjoy most in life is spending time with my family, reading good literature and cooking. What fascinates me is development – human development understood as a continuum (from a child to an adult) and as a process (a person’s change under the influence of life experience). I love working with children, which makes me try to do it better and better every day.

My key to effective teaching: “And we still don’t know who our child is. He learns thousands of new things every day. The child you pick up from kindergarten is no longer the same child you left here this morning. The belief that we know what is best for our child makes us foolish. You must not give up curiosity and involvement, you should study children’s body language, tone of voice, look, etc. Most parents “forget about it and want to solve everything through upbringing.”
—Jesper Juul.

Katarzyna Cudzich-Budniak

What makes me happy?
In my free time, I love reading books and watching good movies with my husband, although according to my sons, I mostly clean (and, unfortunately, they are right!).

My key to effective teaching: Learning makes sense as long as we trust that what we learn will allow us to live a beautiful life. Learning in isolation from everyday life – for parents, for grades or for exam results – kills the whole point of learning.

Martyna Milewksa

What makes me happy?
I love water, especially swimming, but also other water sports. Practicing yoga allows me to regain focus and get back in touch with myself. In my free time, I also like to spend time actively with my family, e.g. riding a bike or participating in various workshops. I used to love painting and playing the violin and I feel like I will come back to it.

My key to effective teaching: I am inspired by the people I meet and the books I read.

Małgorzata Fenrych

Experience in WMS: since 2018

What makes me happy?
I graduated in psychology, including a Gestalt therapy course, then painting and sculpture. Both fields; psychology and art intertwine in an interesting way in my life. However, I believe that you must first be born both a psychologist and an artist. Then you can study. It’s a very nice time in life.

My key to effective teaching: Supporting and sometimes securing the creative ideas of children attending the club.

“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.”

— Maria Montessori
